Enrico Scolari
Upon his retirement from racing professionally as a NASCAR Driver in 2000, Mr. Scolari began a career in banking and finance. He was a top tier (2nd nationwide) portfolio manager and money manager for Merchants Bank/MBank. He was regularly a Top 10% loan producer for Wells Fargo PMB. Mr. Scolari has managed and arranged financing in excess of $2 Billion in his career. Operationally, Mr. Scolari was Vice President – Operations for Staffworks with management responsibility for 1200 full-time employees and over 500 part-time employees. Mr. Scolari was a co-founder and CEO of two privately owned firms specializing in commercial real estate finance, investment banking, venture capital, and advisory services. Notably, he arranged financing for a start-up California-based airline and assembled the team that has been arranging ongoing financing for the Wyndham Hotel Group’s North American divisions. Mr. Scolari holds a BA in Business & Finance from UABC and is fluent in Spanish..


Richard Wojewodzki
Mr. Wojewodzki is highly experienced in the development, acquisition and management of major, institutional-grade assets, including mixed-use, office, hospitality, multifamily and single family for-sale residential communities.
Prior to his co-founding the Alliance Companies, he was a senior partner and chief operating office at a San Diego-based real estate development and asset management firm that specialized multifamily rental properties. He served on the firm’s executive committee and chaired its investment committee. During his four-year tenure, the firm acquired/developed six communities that included 3,000 +/- apartment units.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Wojewodzki was a partner with an East Coast based real estate family office that focused on multifamily, office and industrial property acquisition/development. He was lead acquisition partner for over 35,000 residential apartment homes in over 120 communities within the northeast, mid-Atlantic, southeast and southwest United States, for which he arranged the total capital stack of senior debt and preferred and common equity of $1.7 billion.
Prior to his engagements within the entrepreneurial sector of real estate finance and investments, Mr. Wojewodzki spent the first twenty years of his career within the real estate investment and lending departments, serving in various officer capacities for Chase Bank, Equitable Life, Metropolitan Life, and J.P. Morgan Investment Management. He transacted investments across the eastern United States for J.P. Morgan and was a senior member of its investment committee and co-chair of its appraisal review committee. He managed the New York/Pennsylvania/Connecticut investment production region for Metropolitan, while previously serving as a member of national real estate investment committee. While at Equitable, he was its deputy chief appraiser and managed the western United States appraisal division at Chase.
Mr. Wojewodzki has held memberships in the Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties, American Land Development Association, and the Appraisal Institute.
Jack Corwin
Mr. Corwin brings 44 years of real estate experience in commercial, multifamily, hospitality, and residential investments. He was formerly the President of Trend Real Estate, Inc. in San Diego, a full-service lending and investment brokerage. In hospitality, Mr. Corwin served as Chairman of the Board and General Manager of the Wyndham Cusco Hotel. His expertise extends to distressed assets, giving him firsthand experience in the management of the value-add process. Studies include Management, Marketing, and Economics at colleges in Los Angeles and San Diego California.

Eric Jones
Mr. Jones is a 20+ year veteran of the real estate industry, with experience in forward planning & entitlements for comprehensive master planned and single-family communities, and sales and marketing of urban residential infill and redevelopment communities. As a principal of his own real estate company, he has overseen the sales, branding and development management for many well-known development firms for various projects valued in excess of $1 Billion. He previously held senior officer positions at two of California’s largest real estate development companies. Mr. Jones earned degrees in Urban Planning/Architecture and Business Administration from Arizona State University. He taught at University of California San Diego’s Real Estate Development continuing education program. Additionally, he is currently a Board Member on the San Diego Downtown Partnership and the San Diego Building Industry Association’s, BIA Cares Foundation.
Eli Bunton
Mr. Bunton comes from a family of developers and builders in Southern California. The family has also completed numerous fix and flip projects, resulting in profitable exits. He has overseen real estate development projects on site ranging from value-add apartments to ground-up development with Gemstone Partners. Mr. Bunton has extensive experience as a property manager, where he oversaw 200+ units at J&D Management in San Diego. He has a passion for finding new real estate deals and connecting investors with exceptional opportunities in the multifamily space. As an avid fitness enthusiast, you will always find him running, hiking, or working on a new personal fitness challenge.


John Ganter
John Ganter will act as an advisor, concentrating on capital-raising efforts. John brings over two
decades of expertise in financial services and risk management, contributing to the successful
launch of three companies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for a Solar
Development Company.
John is a highly successful business development executive with a proven record of marketing
unique investment and insurance offerings to business owners, private equity, family offices,
insurance professionals and independent wealth managers.
After managing a $5 Billion portfolio of assets for Harmonie Financial, he co-founded 76 Capital
Partners, an investment advisory company that counsels wealth managers such as Family
Offices, Independent RIAs, Broker Dealers, Endowments and Foundations on alternative asset
investment offerings.
For the past 11 years, John has assisted complex middle market companies manage their risk. His
team supports multiple national and international construction projects with total values of over
$2 Billion.
A Philadelphia native, John resides with his wife, Kelly, in Lafayette Hill, PA. He holds a degree
from Fordham University in the Bronx, NY.
